Summary: Great room for 5 with good space to get organized. I loved the kitchenette and the fact that we actually had a room and the living area separated. The only thing is that the AC was loud even though very convenient for this time of the year. Breakfast was great! Thank you for providing a good stay for us.

Summary: What was wrong: Window coverings too small &/or broken = no privacy; no smoke detector; no door sill on door to keep bugs and weather out; rotting trim in bathroom; mold/mildew on tub/tile; lack of plug ins &/or functioning plug ins. What was good: Pleasant and polite staff; clean beds, bedding and towels; Nice yard and free access to mini golf across the road.

Summary: When we checked in we were advised that a damage deposit had already been deducted from credit card used to guarantee booking. Every other place we have stayed have asked for this on arrival. Very unhappy about this and no apology given. However we were then told that we had been ungraded to a bigger room with kitchenette. Ineffective aircon unit in room but beds comfy.

Summary: The location is wonderful. Free min-golf is always a bonus when staying at the hotel. Walking distance to beach access as well. It felt as tho this hotel might be in the process of renovating …starting on the exterior first. 4/5
